Custom and Personalized Orders

We encourage custom orders!  Our metals have a limit of 9 characters (including spaces) across, and 2 rows up and down.

We can do numbers 0-9, and the punctuation . , ? ( ) # " $ @

Symbols - We can do a heart symbol (type either an emoji heart or "<3" to express a heart. All orders with "<3" will default to our heart stamp. We are always adding stamps to our collection- moon and star symbols are coming soon!

Other symbols might be available at a premium, upon request, and with a longer wait period.

If you are looking for a different colored string than what we offer, we can work together to create your dream bracelet.

Tarnish, Wear, & Tear

Tarnish is a natural process for metal items, and can produce beautiful patinas over time. There are various cleaners and tarnish inhibitors available on the market to restore the natural luster of our metal blanks. Sticking to our organic roots, we find white vinegar usually does the trick to return your piece to it's original luster. If there is an issue, return your item and we will fix it or exchange it.

Sizing Details

All our jewelry is adjustable and comes "one size fits most." If you have a particularly large or small wrist, feel free to contact us and we'll to our best to accommodate.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

CANCELLATIONS: We work FAST and if we've all ready started your order, it cannot be stopped or changed, and for that reason cancellations are not always possible. But please contact us if you have any problems or questions with your order.

TYPOS & CUSTOM ORDERS: If there is a typo or something seems off, we usually contact the purchaser to confirm their order. If we do not hear back by intended ship date, we will proceed with the order as described.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We gladly accept returns and exchanges of within 14 days of delivery for our standard pieces (i.e. not custom) Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for: - Custom or personalized orders - Items on sale Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Wholesale, Bulk Orders & Subscription Boxes

We can do wholesale and bulk orders! Shipping

On standard orders we ship USPS First Class and USPS Priorty (includes insurance) upon request and proof of purchase. We will ship your item by the specified ship date, but we cannot be liable for possible short comings of USPS or any inclement weather that may delay your package.  International shipping is available, buyer is responsible for all customs fees and import taxes that may arise. Current estimate to the U.K. is 7-10 days from ship date.  All items are safely shipped in bubble mailers. We do not include paper receipts in an effort to be environmentally friendly. Proof of purchase can be remitted digitally upon request.  Once USPS marks your item as "Delivered" there is not much more we can do to ensure safe delivery of your item. Tracking information is always available, please use caution to safe guard against theft. Unless your item is shipped via "Priority" and thus covered by insurance, there is no further action we can take should your order be intercepted.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, Paypal, or wire transfer for large orders.  Cash is allowed for in-person sales.  If you prefer, you can order through Etsy. This provides confidence for you as a buyer and extra protection for us a seller. We never see, retain, sell, or do anything malicious with your credit card information.

Gift Wrapping and Packaging

Our items come beautifully packaged and we'd love to throw in a personalized message when sending as a gift. Please let us know about any additional gift wrapping requests.
